ANALISIS DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN DECISION MAKING TERHADAP JOB PERFORMANCE

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Analysis of the Influence of Digital Technology, Knowledge Sharing and Decision Making on Job Performance, both simultaneously and partially.

The study used a quantitative approach with a sample size of 40 respondents. The results of the F test showed a value of f count> f table or 4,237> 2,870 and a significant value of 0.012 <0.05, then this indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the independent variables or Digital technology (X1), Knowledge Sharing (X2) and Decision Making (X3) together. Partially, the results of the t test showed that the t count value of Digital technology (X1) was 3,825 which was greater than the t table of 2.0261 with a probability significance value of 0.003 <0.05, meaning that the Digital technology variable partially had a positive and significant effect on Job Performance. So in this study Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that Digital technology had a positive and significant effect on Job Performance. The t-value of the Knowledge Sharing variable (X2) is 0.017 which is smaller than the t-table 2.0261 with a significance probability value of 0.987 > 0.05, meaning that the Knowledge Sharing variable partially does not affect Job Performance. So in this study Ho is accepted and H2 is rejected, which means that Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance. The t-value of the Decision Making variable (X3) is 3.085 which is greater than the t-table 2.0261 with a significance probability value of 0.023 < 0.05, meaning that the Decision Making variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance. So in this study Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means that Decision Making has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance.
