PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN KEUANGAN DAN LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERILAKU PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DENGAN SELF-CONTROL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy on Financial Management Behavior with Self-control as a moderating variable on MSME owners in Pekalongan.
This study uses samples from MSME owners in Pekalongan, with a total of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique in this study used SEM-PLS and was processed using the WarpPls version 8.0 application.
This study obtained the results that the variables of Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy have a positive effect on Financial Management Behavior. The Self-Control variable as a moderation is unable to strengthen the influence between Financial Knowledge on Financial Management Behavior, while the Self-Control variable as a moderation strengthens the influence between Financial Literacy on Financial Management Behavior. The study is a follow-up study used to clarify the conditions that cause differences in the results of previous studies. This study adds financial knowledge as an independent variable, and self-control as a moderating variable. As well as updates on the object of research, namely the owners of MSMEs in Pekalongan.
