Abstract

Turnover intention refers to an employee's desire to leave an organization or company, although this desire has not yet resulted in actual turnover. This study aims to investigate and analyze the effects of job stress, job insecurity, and work-family conflict on turnover intention among employees of BTM Muhammadiyah Batang. This research employs a causal research design. The study population consists of all employees of BTM Muhammadiyah Batang, with a total sample of 39 respondents determined through a saturated sampling method. Primary data was collected using a structured questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis techniques include Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Model Fit Testing, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing using the Partial Test (t-test), conducted with the assistance of SPSS version 20. The findings reveal that job stress has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity, however, demonstrates a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. In contrast, work-family conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. Additionally, empowerment shows a positive and significant effect on employees' intention to stay within the organization.
